Medical Technologist & Lab Technician
White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Certified Sterile Processing Technician for our Operating Room who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities- Disassembles, cleans, assembles, sterilizes and stores procedure trays, instruments, equipment and supplies according to prescribed procedures and aseptic techniques under direct supervision.
- Completes requests to dispense equipment and supplies and assists in maintaining and processing patient charge records and maintaining department inventory.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year experience in a Sterile Processing department preferred.
- Certification from an accredited organization.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Full-time - Hours per week: 40 hrs/week

Schedule:
flexible shift, which may include a mid‑shift (12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) or afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.). Advanced notice will be given for shift schedule. - Shift Type:
Evening - Weekend Requirements: every other weekend rotation
- Holiday Requirements: every other holiday rotation
- Shift Differential eligible: yes
$20.07 - $26.42 per hour.
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
