HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Process Advisor to support mission-focused programs by developing, improving, and auditing quality processes within high-security environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking team projects and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans while providing expert-level communication and advisory services regarding quality frameworks.

• Develop, improve, and audit quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
• Track team projects and initiatives.
• Track and manage the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
• Provide excellent communication, documentation, and advisory services.
• Work effectively and adaptably in high-security, fast-paced environments.

• Current and active TS SCI clearance.
• 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS or BA degree, OR 3 to 5 years with an MS or MA degree, OR 0 to 2 years with a PhD in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Prior experience supporting government or intelligence community programs.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
