We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!

• Lead and mentor a restaurant team, establish effective workflows, and address issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support problem-solving and collaborate with team members to drive performance and profitability.
• Take the lead in tackling problems and seek help from others when appropriate.

Wendy’s® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location.
