Overview

The pay for this position is $21.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. Five Guys is hiring for our new store opening in Silver Spring, MD. We are interviewing for crew members, shift leaders, and shift managers to join our team.

We are hosting a hiring event on Tuesday 09/24 and Wednesday 09/25 from 9am – 11am, then 2pm-6pm on both days. Sign up to secure an interview to discuss the jobs you are interested in. Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
