Restaurant Assistant General Manager JN

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our highly acclaimed concept. If you have experience with new restaurant openings and a strong knowledge of bar operations, we want to hear from you! Applicants must live within a reasonable commute to the location.

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service concept with a bar
• Strong proficiency in P&Ls and financial tools
• A natural leader who excels in creating a positive team culture
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of the restaurant
• This is a hands-on role, where leadership works directly alongside the team
