Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary operations at Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD. You will manage staff, ensure timely resident meals, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a state-of-the-art kitchen.
The role includes supervising dining services, coordinating with the culinary team, and contributing to Signature Dining Programs with à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations. Weekend availability is required.
