Open and close the store with little to no supervision; ensure store health, safety and quality standards; provide feedback and coaching to team members to deliver a great guest experience; motivate the team and set morale and tone; work with the General Manager to meet operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early shifts as early as 3am and weekends
• Pass background check in accordance with local, state and federal law
• Serv Safe certification before completing leadership training
• Valid driver’s license preferred (some locations require it)

$14.57 – $21.86 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations).
