Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, tasks, and taking photos for reporting.
- Perform merchandising activities, including stocking shelves and maintaining product distribution.
- Ensure products are well stocked; place orders when items are low or out of stock.
- Use mobile apps consistently for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
- Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
- Work independently, follow directions, and communicate effectively with store personnel.
- Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory; conduct audits of grocery stores.
- Verify accurate display of client products on shelves and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly, carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a fast‑paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
- Follow any additional guidelines from the store team and attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
- Hourly pay $21–$22, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
- Full‑time position, 37.5‑40 hours per week.
- Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile.
- Monthly phone stipend and reliable internet service for daily communication.
- Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver license.
- Proof of automobile insurance.

- Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
