Grocery Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, tasks, and taking photos for reporting.
• Perform merchandising activities, including stocking shelves and maintaining product distribution.
• Ensure products are well stocked; place orders when items are low or out of stock.
• Use mobile apps consistently for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
• Work independently, follow directions, and communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory; conduct audits of grocery stores.
• Verify accurate display of client products on shelves and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly, carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Follow any additional guidelines from the store team and attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.

• Hourly pay $21–$22, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
• Full‑time position, 37.5‑40 hours per week.
• Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile.
• Monthly phone stipend and reliable internet service for daily communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.

• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
