Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.15 per hour

• Flexible full‑time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm, weekends to 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk throughout facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies).

Transportation
:
Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel between work locations or other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
