At JP's Estate Sales we transform homes into fully staged shopping experiences—helping families navigate important life transitions while creating organized, high‑energy estate sales. From everyday household items to unique and valuable finds, every sale is different, and every day brings something new.

We’re looking for reliable, motivated team members who enjoy staying active, working with people, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do Staging & Setup
  • Organize and stage household items to create clean, visually appealing displays
  • Assist with moving and placing furniture, decor, and sale items safely
  • Maintain a professional and organized environment
Pricing & Merchandising
  • Tag and price items accurately (furniture, household goods, tools, collectibles, etc.)
  • Help maintain consistent pricing and clean presentation throughout the sale
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer questions and help shoppers throughout the sale
  • Process payments and assist with packing items
Marketing Support
  • Assist with promoting sales through social media and local outreach
  • Help capture photos/videos of sale items when needed
Post‑Sale Wrap‑Up
  • Assist with breakdown, cleanup, and organizing remaining items
  • Support donation and removal efforts after the sale
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or estate sales is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move items safely
  • Friendly, reliable, and team‑oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in antiques, collectibles, or resale is a bonus
  • Must be available weekends (Fridays–Sundays)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
