Part Time Sales Lead

Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand, is looking for a Sales Lead to work at the Macy's store in Wheaton Mall. The Sales Lead will embody the brand, culture, and product experience, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Managers and Sales Associates to drive in‑store success.

• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records and achieving remarkable results.
• Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and cultivating lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, and providing real‑time feedback to help achieve KPI goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with a proven record of delivering positive results.
• Exceptional time‑management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

• Hourly rate of $17.65 to $21.85, commensurate with experience.
• Base salary with bonus potential.
• 401(k) plan.
