Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in the DC-WHEATON, MD area to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store.
You will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, and support safety and SOP adherence across operations.
