Provide leadership in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminations; manage staffing and scheduling with an open-door culture.;
Lead the store to deliver exceptional pet parent and associate experiences across in-store, phone, and online interactions; ensure safety and compliance.;
Drive corporate strategy and profitability goals by analyzing reports and implementing improvement plans to achieve store P&L targets.;
Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to ensure appropriate stock and reduce shrink; manage vendor and store operations.;
Oversee payroll, budgeting, and labor costs; supervise and develop associates and ensure timely performance reviews.
