ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a bilingual Spanish-speaking Account Representative for Emily Sutorius' State Farm, you will grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. No Insurance background required. Training is provided.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales and Customer Acquisition Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
• Consultative Selling Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
• Customer Relationships Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
