Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of move management and moving services targeted to older adults, estate clear‑outs, and high‑needs clients (e.g., affluent individuals managing moves between multiple homes).
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients in the NOVA area.
- Manage client accounts from initial consultation through project execution, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals, with a focus on exceeding a baseline sales target (no rigid company‑imposed quotas).
Required:
- Proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Location within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) area or Howard County (MD) area
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Experience in move management, residential moving, or senior housing/senior services sales.
- Strong project management skills to oversee moves from sale to completion.
