Client Advisor - BMW of Silver

BMW of Silver Spring is now hiring experienced luxury Sales Consultants/Advisors who will take pride in representing the BMW brand and building long‑term client relationships.

• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing.
• Provide high level of customer service before and after the sale.
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.

• 3 years of luxury or high‑end sales experience.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Sales or related commission‑based experience in a retail or hospitality industry; automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, tech savvy.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.
