Role Description – Senior Account Executive, 4th EstateWe are looking for experienced sales professionals who have met their sales targets in the past to assist us in expanding our customer base in the Department of War community. Your duties will involve acquiring new accounts and generating new business in existing ones.
Impact & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Account Executive, you will possess unique professional skills in opportunity management and solution selling. You will take complete ownership of assessing customer business problems and driving them toward investment through successful contract execution. Your prior experience with complex sales to the US Department of War and expert knowledge of the US DoW acquisition community are considered advantageous. You will lead and empower a large matrix team of sales support roles hired to execute your sales strategies and tactics.
Your preferred geographic location is the Washington, D.C. metro area.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in complex sales to the US Department of War or similar federal agencies
- Strong opportunity management and solution selling skills
- Ability to lead a matrix sales support team
- Willingness to work in the Washington, D.C. metro area
In the United States, the typical base salary range for this position is $141,550 - $241,400 annually. In California, New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $155,700 - $235,850 per year. Compensation may also include incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Benefits include time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchasing program.
