Position: SAINT Sales Manager

The Account Manager will lead the sales team in driving revenue growth for our cutting‑edge cybersecurity software and services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of PCI ASV (Approved Scanning Vendor) requirements, vulnerability management, and SaaS solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met.

This individual will also oversee lead generation efforts, KPI development, and conference presentations, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management:
    Lead, manage, and mentor a high‑performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition for cybersecurity software and services. Provide coaching and development opportunities to the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
    Oversee lead generation strategies and activities to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects. Track and monitor the sales pipeline and adjust tactics as necessary to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise lead generation campaigns and messaging.
  • KPI Development & Tracking:
    Establish, monitor, and report on sales KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the sales team and sales strategies. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management:
    Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company while meeting customer needs. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract finalisation, working closely with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, shareholders, and customers, to align on sales strategies and objectives. Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Conference Presentations & Industry Engagement:
    Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and presentations, showcasing expertise in cybersecurity software, PCI ASV, and vulnerability management. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and influencers to promote the company’s products and services.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in cybersecurity software or services.
  • Strong knowledge of PCI ASV, vulnerability management, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and sales cycle management.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to various audiences, including technical teams, C‑level executives, and shareholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences and events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and sales pipeline tools.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends and compliance standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
