As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
- Support lead follow-up through call‑outs, call‑ins, and presentations
- Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
- Prepare move‑in paperwork and administrative files
- Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
- Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move‑in packets
- Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
- Welcome and orient residents and families on Move‑In day
- Support on‑site sales and marketing events
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.
What We’re Looking For- 1+ year sales support or customer service experience
- Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented and service‑focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
