• Identify and engage potential clients through meaningful networking and outreach in the Silver Spring community.
• Evaluate the specific risk management needs of individuals and business owners to suggest suitable coverage options.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals that clearly explain the benefits of various policy structures.
• Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive rates for our client base.
• Participate in local community events to increase the visibility of our agency and support our neighbors.

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum of three years of professional sales experience within the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
• Experience with commercial lines coverage is a definite plus.
