Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 Base+Commission/year Sport Chevrolet & Cadillac | Full-Time (Silver Spring, MD)
As our Customer Relations Manager, you will:
- Build lasting relationships with customers throughout their ownership experience.
- Act as the primary bridge between the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Proactively contact customers to schedule service appointments and encourage repeat business.
- Welcome customers in our service drive and waiting areas, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our sales team when upgrading or trading their vehicle makes sense.
- Assist with appraising customer vehicles that come through the service department each day.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and survey follow-up calls.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while protecting long-term customer relationships.
- Support dealership marketing and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with sales and service managers to increase customer traffic and dealership profitability.
What We're Looking For
7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Ability to build trust and create lasting customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging customers in person.
- Experience in automotive sales, service advising, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
