We are seeking a Trainer who designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering,Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for twoyears of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor’sdegree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

• Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs,performing Instructional Design,developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars,and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans,courses, and materials of a technical nature
• Three (3) years SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community
• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• Five (5) year straining experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• Ability to travel
• C++ experience

The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $115,000 - $145,000.
