Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
Work closely with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain safety standards, document work, and stay organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.).
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Availability for on‑call rotations (nights/weekends).
- Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
- Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
- Independent, self‑motivated work ethic.
