• Keep Things Moving: Inspect, service, and repair plant machinery and our mobile equipment fleet (fueling, oil changes, and minor repairs).
• Preventative Care: Take ownership of our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Solve & Create: Use your troubleshooting skills on hydraulics, pumps, valves, and electrical systems. You'll also get to show off your skills in welding and metal fabrication.
• Stay Sharp: Read schematics, interpret electrical drawings, and document your work so the whole team stays informed.
• Safety First: Contribute to our safety culture–ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the shift.

• Experience: 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Education: A one‑year certificate from a college or technical school is preferred.
• Technical Know‑How: You're comfortable with welding (including pipe welding), hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Adaptability: You don't mind working in an outdoor yard environment, dealing with the elements, and handling shift work in a 24/7 operation.
• Mindset: You’re a great communicator who enjoys solving complex, real‑world mechanical problems.

This role is for those who enjoy active work! You'll be based in our plant or at remote locations. Be prepared for a physical, hands‑on day involving bending, lifting, and working around active equipment.
