Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that offers full handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services exclusively to the commercial sector. We serve offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities throughout the mid‑Atlantic region (PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV).

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour to start (bonus opportunities available)
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday (some weekends, nights and overtime available)
  • Work Location:

    On the road in a company vehicle
  • Bi‑weekly pay; 90‑day evaluation period
Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks for commercial properties, including asphalt and concrete repair, light electrical work, laminate fabrication, painting, tile, door hardware, framing, drywall, plumbing, demolition, glass work, and welding (a plus).
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle safely, including vehicle maintenance records.
  • Manage job paperwork and scheduling via a company smartphone.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and vehicle.
  • Deliver high‑quality service while meeting safety standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a large service van.
  • Clean criminal record and no substance abuse.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multiple repair areas.
  • Proven troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaking.
  • United States work authorization.
  • Safety‑minded with required PPE and safety toe shoes.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using a smartphone for job paperwork.
