Crystal Springs Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our 400+ unit community running smoothly and looking great. What You'll DoHandle work orders efficiently—everything from leaky faucets to appliance and HVAC repairs
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies)
Keep common areas and building systems clean, safe, and functional
Rotate on-call responsibilities (including weekends/holidays)
Maintain inventory and request supplies as needed
Collaborate with the maintenance and property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
Technicians must download and utilize a mobile maintenance app with location tracking features for efficient work order assignment and completion
1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance or related trades (handyman, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first attitude
Willingness to be on-call as needed (rotating schedule)
EPA or HVAC certification a big plus—but not required
