Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime;
Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs;
Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions;
Ensure chemicals and hazardous materials are used and stored properly and that reporting is done accurately;
Secure the building by monitoring and resetting security systems, repairing locks, and managing keys
