RESONE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Silver Spring, MD, to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across a multi-family property. Responsibilities include light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishment to ensure units and common areas are well maintained.
Candidates should be capable of working on-call as needed, with duties that also cover custodial and grounds tasks, inventory control, and safety compliance. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered with this role.
