JLL is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a federal government facility in Lanham, MD. This fully onsite role keeps building systems running safely and efficiently, reporting to the Lead Engineer or Project Manager.
You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain mechanical spaces. The position requires union membership and offers a daytime schedule with overtime as needed.
