Sante is seeking a Full‑Time Recovery Coach to provide social skills training, client groups, family education and support groups, family psychoeducation, school coordination, case management, and outreach and education. Must have a Masters degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
What You Will Do- Plan and lead psycho educational, wellness, life skills, and recovery-focused groups
- Facilitate evidence-based social skills training to improve interpersonal communication, relationship building, and community functioning.
- Provide family education, support, and psychoeducation regarding psychosis, recovery, coping strategies, communication skills, and available resources.
- Coordinate with schools and vocational programs to support educational success and accommodations.
- Collaborate with employers, supported employment/education specialists, and community partners as appropriate.
- Provide case management services including but not limited to linkages to community resources, benefits and entitlement assistance, transportation coordination etc.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to maintain participant involvement in treatment and reduce barriers to care.
- Provide community‑based services as appropriate, including home visits, school visits, and meetings in community settings.
- Assist participants in developing independent living skills, problem‑solving abilities, self‑advocacy, and self‑management strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with all company/agency, state, federal, Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
- Monitor participant progress and communicate significant changes to the treatment team.
- Represent the FEP program through community outreach activities.
- Provide educational presentations to schools, community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders regarding early identification of psychosis and available services.
- Build collaborative relationships with referral sources and community partners.

- Participate in and complete all required training courses
- Other duties as assigned
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related behavioral health field
- 5+ years of experience
- Salary: $55,000 to $58,000 annually
- Certification Assistance (if applicable) and no‑cost supervision for Peer Recovery Certification.
