We have an immediate need for a cleared Pega Developer. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and mission-critical program supporting the Intelligence Community. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large-scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform.
This role requires a hands‑on developer who can support multiple workflow products across a customer portfolio and work closely with system, software, Dev Ops, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows meet all security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain workflows within the Pega Platform
- Collaborate with system, software, and UI/UX engineers on workflow and application design
- Ensure workflows meet compliance standards for security and accessibility
- Optimize workflows to meet performance standards
- Participate in a rotating on-call pager schedule (approx. 1 week every 6–8 weeks; compensated with 4 additional hours for the on-call week)
- Strong hands‑on experience with Pega development
- Be part of a high-impact mission within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
