Job Overview

This senior role fosters collaboration with other senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high‑visibility mission. The position involves providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive mission objectives.

Full‑stack software engineer to develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems supporting analytical missions. The program has a robust process to ensure quality of products, including DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) prior to deploying products to production.

• Foster collaboration with senior engineers on advanced data analytics solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive mission objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting analytical missions.

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) additional years of SWE experience (total 11) on projects with similar software processes may replace the degree.
• Experience assisting in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions on Linux operating systems.
• Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Java.
• Full‑stack development skills, including JavaScript, React, and Mongo.
