Capital Technology Group (CTG) is on a mission to modernize and innovate the way the federal government delivers software. For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help transform and streamline a key component of America's immigration process. As an integral part of the program, you will work closely with other teams to help build functional systems that improve customer experience.

Designing and building applications, implementing new technologies, identifying and resolving functional issues, and writing unit and integration tests.

Applicants MUST BE US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and optimize the end user experience.
• Resolve functional issues and improve application performance.
• Write unit and integration tests code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

• Proficiency in Type Script, with a strong understanding of its core concepts and features.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with third‑party open source and COTS libraries and APIs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• React Native experience is a plus.
• Full‑stack development skills are a plus.
• Experience or interest in Spring Boot (Java backend) is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle is a plus.

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $90k to $130k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
