We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, particularly in cloud development technologies.
The Work- Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software; participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality code standards.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features and security patches.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems.
- 14 years as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; 4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience with No
SQL databases such as Hadoop, Elastic Search, or MongoDB. - Experience with Big Data technologies such as Map Reduce.
- Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph.
The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $108,400—$203,400 USD.
