Job Title
The duties of this position include:
Compiling data for reports on housing deficiencies requiring new construction, renovation, modernization, or other corrective improvements.
Conducting regular inspections and determining the necessary repairs or improvements needed and scheduling or coordinating the corrective actions.
Coordinating maintenance, repair, or other work required to ensure facilities are maintained.
Conducting periodic inspections to assess habitability of assigned spaces, common use areas, custodial and maid services.
