Johnny Tsunami was founded in 2010 by Jonathan Porter with a single pressure washer and a clear vision: build a team of honest, clean-cut technicians who take real pride in their work — the Navy SEALs of clean.
We’ve grown into one of the Pacific Northwest’s most trusted exterior cleaning companies, serving homeowners across Kitsap County and the Seattle area with premium roof cleaning, gutter maintenance, house washing, soft washing, and more. What You’ll DoYou’re the voice of Johnny Tsunami. You’ll handle inbound calls and web leads, qualify customers, recommend the right services, and close the sale.
- Handle inbound calls, web forms, and estimate requests
- Qualify customers, recommend services, and close sales
- Build rapport fast — be personable, professional, and confident
- Create and send service proposals (we’ll train you)
- Follow up via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions
- Outbound to warm past customers during slower periods
- Maintain accurate notes and statuses in Housecall Pro (CRM)
- Collaborate with office and production teams for seamless handoffs
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Confident, clear, and friendly on the phone
- Organized and self‑driven — you don’t need babysitting
- Comfortable with tech: CRM, email, phone, text follow‑ups
- Coachable, positive, and goal‑focused
- Experience in home services, construction, or exterior cleaning – not required but welcomed.
