Requirements

Board-Certified in Anesthesiology with Cardiac Fellowship

TEE Certification (Required)

Active WA License or IMLC at time of submission

BLS, ACLS, DEA Certifications

Proven expertise in cardiac anesthesia including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, and electrophysiology procedures
