Franciscan Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates hael, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is recruiting a BC/BE Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to practice hael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA.

The position is predominantly in an outpatient clinic setting, joining an established employed group of five experienced physicians. Our group practices the breadth of pulmonary medicine with robust multi‑specialty support within a regional medical center environment. Call responsibilities include inpatient pulmonary consult service and clinic coverage. A hospitalist service is in place covering inpatient admissions.

For Sleep Medicine board‑certified physicians, you have the opportunity to join the sleep study interpretation rotation.

Silverdale, WA is the center of Kitsap County, with a rapidly growing population, and is a beautiful place to live and work. Seattle is about 80 minutes by car, and there is also a ferry system across the water to the city. We are on the western side of the Puget Sound, on the Olympic Peninsula, and thus have close access to stunning scenery and many outdoor activities.

Competitive compensation model and comprehensive benefits which include health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME, personal time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Relocation assistance and starting bonus are available.

Compensation: $344,849 - $526,193 /year (DOE). The salary includes the full range based on experience and qualifications.

• Medical Degree
• Completed ACGME Residency and Fellowship Training (ABIM)
• Board Certified/Eligible Pulmonary Medicine (ABIM)
• Washington State Medical License and DEA in good standing
