Job Overview
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) in the Bank of America Financial Center, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 66) and receive training in client relationship management, financial analysis and advisory. You will progress through stages of development, supporting clients with investment solutions and core banking services.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
- Develop and manage client relationships, identifying needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Deliver client reviews, presentations and comprehensive financial advice.
- Collaborate with core banking, investment partners and Merrill divisions to meet all client needs.
- Adhere to SAFE Act registration and background‑check requirements.
Monday thru Friday, with some Saturdays required. Typical office hours: 8 am–5 pm or 9 am–6 pm.
Qualifications- Bilingual Mandarin required.
- Ready to pursue required industry licenses within 30–120 days of hire.
- Self‑disciplined, time‑management, and capacity‑management skills.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending financial solutions.
- Strong peer collaboration, communication and results‑driven mindset.
- Multitasking, technology adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
- Minimum one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Base salary between $28.85 and $33.65 per hour, no incentive eligibility. The role is benefits eligible and offers industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and resources to support career growth.
Safe Act RegistrationThe position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry, complete the background check, and maintain registration. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
