Overview
This position engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). It involves accurately processing cash transactions and conducting in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
- Communicates effectively, confident engaging with all clients, and able to educate on self-service transactions (ATM, online, mobile).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.
- Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management; focused on results in the client’s best interest.
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment with individual goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America) — Hours per week: 40.
Location & PayLocations:
Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Silverdale in Washington;
Pay range $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. Predictable pay; base salary with no incentive eligibility.
