Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Silverdale, WA. The Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial coaching to military families and other clients, including assessing financial goals, analyzing current financial situations, and developing tailored financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining investment and retirement options, recommending strategies for savings, debt management, and insurance, and monitoring progress toward clients’ financial objectives.

The role involves maintaining accurate client documentation, adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards, and collaborating with Managers or District Advisors for ongoing supervision and professional development. Advisors are expected to build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, education, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to develop and implement holistic financial strategies for clients.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to analyze financial products and construct appropriate investment portfolios.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Retirement Planning to guide clients in preparing for long-term financial security and income needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Ability to work with military families and diverse client populations with empathy, discretion, and a high level of integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional licenses or certificates (e.g., Series 6/7, 65/66, CFP®) are a plus or may be required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a client-facing or sales environment and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
