Medical Solutions auto-deducts 1.75% WA state tax (can be added back in) Lab Details 6 Cath/IR suites 25–30 cases per day Daily staffing: 14 Techs, 7 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 1 Lead Tech EMR/Equipment: EPIC, MACLAB, PYXIS, GE Imaging, CARTO, Abbott Certifications Required ARRT or RCIS Must have WA DOH CVIS or RT license Compact RN with RCIS + scrub experience may be reviewed (Manager approval required if no WA Radiology license) Call & Schedule 10hr or 12hr shifts 1–2 call days per week + 1 weekend/month Every 3rd weekend or less 30-minute response time Holidays:
On-call only Floating only for emergency response Common Cases Left & Right Heart Caths Complex PCI Impella & IABP Electrophysiology Structural Heart (TAVR, Watchman) Interventional Radiology Peripheral Vascular / AAA (Hybrid cases) Support Services Cardiologist on call 24/7 RT & Pharmacy 24/7 (Code support) SWAT IV team available Hospital-issued surgical scrubs
