Medical Assistant Certified – Full-Time
Silverdale, WA / Gig Harbor, WA
Peninsula Pain Clinic
Pay: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Sign on bonus available
Peninsula Pain Clinic, the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region, is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant that can float between our Silverdale and Gig Harbor locations.

Responsibilities- This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications.
- Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.
- Pay: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Sign on bonus available

- No weekends, evenings, or holiday shifts
- Work schedule:
- Mon–Thu: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- A year of experience in the medical field preferred
- Must be able to travel between both Silverdale and Gig Harbor offices
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in EMR systems and general computer use
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
