Medical Telemetry Specialty Care Asst-Health Unit Coord

Common Spirit Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provide patient personal care and hygiene, including feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothes, bed making, ambulation, lifting, turning, moving, transferring, skin care and bowel/bladder elimination;
Assist nursing staff in admission, discharge and transfer of patients and transport patients using wheelchairs, stretchers or beds;
Maintain unit organization; stock supplies and replenish equipment; enter repair requests as needed;
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN and document clinical activities within scope of practice;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the unit and assist in environmental rounds and infection prevention practices
