30 units Home health required HCHB desired North and South areas north is Bainbridge isle, Kingston, Hansville Poulsbo areas and south is Bremerton, Port Orchard and Olalla areas
Skills:
Current State License as a Physical Therapist
- Required. Proof of current CPR certification
- Required. Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Required Previous home care experience
- Preferred.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program
