Medical Telemetry Specialty Care Asst-Health Unit Coord

Common Spirit Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provide patient personal care/hygiene and physical comfort, including feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothes, bed making, ambulation, lifting, turning, moving, transferring, skin care and bowel/bladder elimination;
Serve as primary receptionist and secretary on the unit;
Coordinate unit activities and multidisciplinary processes to support safe patient care;
Assist nursing staff in admission, discharge and transfer of patients and manage supplies/equipment accordingly;
Maintain a neat and organized unit environment and ensure infection prevention standards
