Compensation: $25.89 - $25.89/hour

• Manage incoming requests for maintenance, repairs, or other facility‑related services, documenting them accurately in a system
• Based on severity and urgency of the request, assign work orders to the appropriate scheduler or maintenance staff
• Track status of work orders, ensuring timely completion and providing updates to requesters as needed
• Serve as a liaison between requesters, maintenance staff, schedulers, and managers to facilitate clear communication and efficient coordination
• Keep accurate records of all work orders, maintenance activities, and related documentation
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Answer general inquiries about facility policies, procedures, or ongoing maintenance projects
• May be directed to change status of work in the Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning/work control (an equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain accurate records
• Basic understanding of facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) helpful
• Experience with work order management systems, databases, and other relevant software often required

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
• May need to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking; standing or sitting for several hours; climbing in and out of a vehicle and up/down stairs
• Ability to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time

• Valid state driver’s license required; ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance
• REAL‑ driver’s license or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ) required for access to a federal military installation
• Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; a background check and E‑Verify will be conducted
