Type: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Full-time, Swing Shift
Compensation: $23.22 per hour

Tessera is seeking a reliable and hard‑working Floor Crew member with a positive attitude.
Typical Duties- Work may require repetitive motion, including reaching out, lifting, kneeling, walking, and standing for several hours at a time.
- Perform floor care work such as mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor care machines for stripping and buffing safely.
- Push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel as needed.
- Perform pressure washing on structures, sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.
- Operate gas‑powered pressure washer safely, which may include standing, reaching, bending, and repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
- Move between many different tasks on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Conduct construction clean‑up, including cleaning dust and debris during or after construction projects.
- Safely use and maintain basic personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.
- Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Six (6) months of experience preferred but not required.
- Work independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
- Persevere to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
- A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
