Type: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Full-time, Swing Shift
Compensation: $23.22 per hour

Tessera is seeking a reliable and hard‑working Floor Crew member with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities- Work may require repetitive motion including reaching out, lifting, kneeling, walking and standing for several hours at a time.
- Perform floor care work such as mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing and vacuuming.
- Must be able to safely operate floor care machines for stripping and buffing.
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel.
- Perform pressure washing on structures, sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.
- Must be able to safely operate gas powered pressure washer, which may include standing, reaching, bending, and repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
- Employee must be able to move between many different tasks on a day to day basis.
- Construction clean‑up, to include cleaning up dust and debris during or after construction projects.
- Must be able to safely use and maintain basic personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection and gloves.
- Must be able to work days, nights and weekends as required.
- Must be able to perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Six (6) months experience is preferred but not required.
- Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
- Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
- A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL
