Maintenance Scheduler

Location: Silverdale, Washington (Bangor)

Type: Non‑Exempt

Work Schedule: Full‑time

Compensation: $38.00 - $38.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Schedule building maintenance in all facilities according to routine maintenance requirements and emergency requests.
  • Distribute workload evenly among work teams, using MAXIMO.
  • Coordinate closely with customers to obtain work authorization, schedule work, assign priorities, and coordinate access if required.
  • Work with the Supervisor to set priority levels for required or requested maintenance and schedule accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing status reports to management on workload, completion times, and work order status.
  • Prepare man‑hour and material bids/estimates for work outside contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate job details with shop supervisor or lead before scheduling, when necessary.
  • Assist with outage coordination when work is required.
  • Communicate emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, priorities, and completion timelines.
  • Prepare reports per contract requirements, facilitate requests, and ensure proper notification to customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in planning or work control.
  • Proficiency in MAXIMO, filing, report generation, and all administrative tasks related to contract administration.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
  • May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking; standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
  • Must persevere under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Valid state driver’s license required, with ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
  • Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military .
  • Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; a background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
